Are you allowed to tie a kayak to the dock?

Yes you are

Can we have our dog with us at a table on the deck??

When I was there, the table next to us kept their dog on the grass outside of the deck.

if the entire dock (clam river side) is all tied up with boats, is there another spot to tie a kayak or can you put it on land somewhere?
